Opensips , PIAF, TRUNK setup

I am looking to setup opensips and piaf in a lan by following this tutorial
My question is how do i setup a trunk with my current ITSP, that needs username,. password and FQDN, in opensips?
Currently the trunk is in PIAF, but i am trying to migrate users and trunks to opensips and have the supplementary services on PIAF.
